WALLPAPER PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We recommend you purchase an extra double roll or spool of the pattern or patterns you choose. For any reason, should you need more than your calculations indicated, you will have extra at the time you need it, in the same run number. Having extra product on hand also allows for possible repairs later, if needed.
We also know that from time to time, you may wish to return a portion of your order or even your entire purchase. In this case, FOR RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE a 30% manufacturer's restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and the balance will be refunded to your credit card, or if you paid by check, a refund check from Wholesale Wallpaper for the amount you are to be refunded will be US mailed to you.
Please note: Case-priced wallpaper, case-priced borders, murals, 54 inch commercial goods, customized/personalized items, and samples are non-returnable. Also, any products stated as non-returnable by a wallpaper wholesaler representative at the time of purchase or noted as non-returnable in the Product Detail section on our website are non-returnable.
All returns on authorized returnable products must be made within 30 days from the time the product is delivered to you. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable.
Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
IMPORTANT: You must call our Customer Service (888-305-8020) Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.
Be sure to include your order number, your name, and the products and quantities you wish to return. Do not return any products without the Return Authorization Number and the instructions on where to return the product.
Please note: Defective wallpaper or fabric is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please inspect your wallpaper immediately upon receipt and notify us if you find it defective. We will replace it right away. For instructions to replace defective products, please call our customer service department at 888-305-8020.
ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY
We regret that at the present time, the vendors for our accessories do not allow returns on these products.
DEFECTIVE WALLPAPER or FABRIC POLICY
Carefully examine your order for color, design, quality or imperfections before cutting. Claims against wall coverings and/or fabric will not be accepted after cutting the product
Our manufacturers will replace any defective merchandise with merchandise of equal value.
If your merchandise is discovered to be defective, we will have the manufacturer ship you a replacement immediately. The shipping method will be the same as the original order. Any alternative shipping method will be at the customer's expense.
Please phone our customer service department at 866-GOWALLS (866-469-2557) to notify us of any defective product. We will have your replacement product sent to you as soon as possible. We will require that you allow us to charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement order. You will need to send your defective paper back to Wallpaper Wholesaler, 2115 Chapman Rd. Suite 101 Chattanooga, TN 37421. Please include original packing slip and other correspondence you have pertaining to this order inside the package. Once we receive the defective product, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the defective product, plus reimburse your freight cost to return the defective product. Only UPS Ground or US Parcel Post freight charges will be reimbursed.
FABRIC RETURN POLICY
Fabric is cut to order and therefore is a non-returnable item. Dyes in fabric will sometimes vary from dyelot to dyelot, so please order enough at the time of your initial purchase to assure you have all you need in the same dyelot to complete your project.
